I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 26 homes for sale. 0  homes new to the market 2 homes received a contract; 2 traditional sale town homes.  0 homes were reported sold.  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update
