Mid Week Update 6/16/2018-6/19/2018

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 13 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes.  1 homes which went under contract; traditional sale town homes. 2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes There are 4 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update

As of today, there are 13 active listings in MLS, 1 homes coming soon and 12 homes which went under contract in the past 30 days. This gives us a current absorption rate of 1.1 higher than last week's .5  The number of distressed sales out of the total actives and the breakdown is as follows:
