Mid Week Update 4/12/2014 - 4/16/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 11 homes for sale. No homes came on the market.  2 homes received a contract; 2 traditional sale town homes.  No homes were reported sold.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.   For RBI's most current monthly market statistics of entire 20105 zip code CLICK HERE.
