Weekly Update 2/18/12 - 2/24/12

INTRODUCTION


As of today, there are 11 active listings in MLS and 9 homes which went under contract in the past 30 days. This gives us a current absorption rate of 1.2, loer than last week's rate of 1.3. Of the 11 active listings, 1 is new, 7 are traditional re sales the remainder are distressed sales which break down as follows:

Mid Week Update 2/18/2011-2/22/2012

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 11 homes for sale, 1 is a new home from the builder.  No homes came on to the market. No homes received a contract. No homes were reported sold. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.

Mid Week Update 2/11/2011-2/15/2012

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge.
