Weekly Update 12/25/10 -12/31/10

INTRODUCTION


As of today, there are 31 active listings in MLS and 2 homes which went under contract in the past 30 days. This gives us a current absorption rate of 15.5 which is higher than last week's rate of 10.3. Of the 31 active listings,18 are new from the builder, 7 are traditional re sales the remainder are distressed sales which break down as follows:
