I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 11 homes for sale, 1 is a new home from the builder. No homes came on to the market. 2 homes received a contract, a bank owned cono and a traditional sale detached home. No homes were reported sold. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
