Weekly Update 11/12/1/11 - 11/18/11

INTRODUCTION


As of today, there are 16 active listings in MLS and 6 homes which went under contract in the past 30 days. This gives us a current absorption rate of 2.7, higher than last week's rate of 2.0. Of the 16 active listings, 1 is new, 8 are traditional re sales the remainder are distressed sales which break down as follows:

According to MLS there were No homes new to mls for the week of 11/12/1/11 - 11/18/11. This 1 less than the previous week.



UNDER CONTRACT


According to MLS, there were 1 home which went under contract during this period, the same amount as the previous week.
