I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 8 homes for sale, 1 is a new home from the builder. No homes came on to the market, it is traditional resale detached home. No homes received a contract. 1 home was reported sold, it is traditional resale condo. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
